Typically if you want quality it tends to cost a bit more, don't you agree? cheap is just that...in every since of the word. The sad part about all that have seen a Penguin Window presentation is that you actually see what you get for cheap and its not a secret. if you are looking for quality, customer service and a great company that was not born yesterday or ran by people that just fell off a turnip truck then consider Penguin Windows. I did and my windows are Great!
