I have been very happy with the service I receive from Apple Country Animal Hospital. The staff is very caring and very friendly. Yes sometimes they get busy and need to ask callers to hold ...it's because they are an excellent Animal Hospital...and very apologetic for even the shortest wait. If you have to wait consider how lucky you are that it is not your pet that is in the emergency that caused the delay.
I have had a number of emergency complications with my breeding queens and have received immediate service. I gladly pay for the top notch service I receive from Dr. Schaefer and her staff. I don't mid waiting if an emergency case has come in before my appointment. I know Dr. Schaefer takes extra time to make sure everything that can be done is being done. She goes above and beyond with the time she spends on each pet that comes to her Hospital.
I drive 30 minutes to the Apple Country Animal Hospital going past nearer vets because the service and knowledge of the doctors is worth the trip.
