I was quoted $124.99 a month for tv, internet and phone. My bill was $178.00. I paid $182.00 which I thought I owed and then they cancelled out service. My husband is an invalid so I paid $286 via phone so he could have his tv. I can't get my $182.00 refunded. I have spent 3 hours on the phone. They are now telling me I owe a cancellation fee. I don't have a contract - never did - just a work order which says nothing about a cancellation fee. Terrible service from uninformed people. A rip-off. I have gone back to Bright House. I am thinking about small claims court and the FCC.
