I was a shopper at Kmart today and found the personal helpfull and polite.

This sucks I cannot, like the others, find a website that I can take the survey. What the Hey is going on. I know you really don't want to give the gift card out. Not Fair and not good customer relationship. Try to get real.

I too took the big one. The web site brought me here. There must be something that can be done to stop the scams. I am surprised by this one.
