Totally NOT satisfied with asiarooms with their cancellation policy.
I receive a voucher and the cancellation policy on the voucher is different than the cancellation policy on the asiaroom's website. Which is kind of misleading because i thought the cancellation policy on the voucher was their cancellation policy. The voucher's cancellation policy has no penalty fee if cancelled more than 2 days before check-in date.
Short story short, i cancel and subject to cancellation charges...
DO NOT USE ASIAROOMS! I will certainly never use it again.
