Their customer service center is in South Dakota (because it's in a central time zone) which helps them remain open for 24 hours a day. That's why you send mail there, because it's for customer service. The main office is in San Francisco, but they don't handle customer issues. Most large companies have a PO box, too, instead of a physical one... just imagine how much mail there would be coming directly to the headquarters if that's where you want it to go. Ridiculous.
As far as the cancellation fee, it's stated right at the beginning.
If you broke a lease on a vehicle or house, would you get the deposit back? No, because it's like a cancellation fee. [censored].
It's not really fine print when it's in capital letters in bold on your terms and conditions. At least it is on mine. It's pretty obvious. I suppose they could have made it red, too, but I bet it wouldn't have convinced you to read it.
Granted, the terms and conditions are long, what with all the legal wording, but it's all there, and it's very obvious.
That sounds like a state problem to me. Why don't you change it instead of ###?
I was able to do it just fine, as a matter of fact, I even tried one of your receipt numbers, and went all the way to the end but didn't click submit. You're just stupid.
You get what you pay for. Either pay more for something better, or don't.
I used to be one of the relay operators in question. NEVER EVER sell a puppy via INTERNET relay. You can go to sprintiprelay.com and call anyone you like whether you are deaf or not. IF the operator calls you from a state relay ie "Relay Texas operator number 1111..." then you're safe, as this person is actually deaf, and geniunely interested in a puppy. These calls are coming primarily from Nigeria, and the fact of the matter is, I'm not even allowed to talk about it. Let's just say, the puppies end up in horrific conditions.
Sometimes dogs are born sick, what are you gonna do? It happens, if it didn't, the diseases wouldn't exist anyway.
No one claims the dogs are kept in inhumane conditions, no one claims they're unvaccinated... sometimes, crap happens. And it sucks. I agree, she should have paid vet bills in some cases, though it sounds like a lot of you were pissy from the beginning.
