I had about the same experience with this company. We called in our order. I think the deal was buy one shark and get a pair of scissors free and then they were giving us a second set (shark and scissors) free. They do state in the ad as fast as they can that there will be separate shipping and handling charges for each shark mailed...including the free ones. Unfortunate we did not catch it until after we purchased them. We were very stunned at how much the shipping and handling was for 4 small items.
ROFLMAO You must be getting the boxes we have been sending back. We moved to a new state and signed up for Directv Hd service with a hddvr. That started a year of having to fight with directv to get a hddvr box that worked for longer than a week. I would suggest insisting that you speak to a manager and insist that they compensate you for all your troubles. We ended up getting a few months of programming free from all problems they caused.
