I had the same problem last year.. I recharged my account with 1102. From the next day, Within a week I received such sms and my account was debited with about 400 rupees. Customer care didnt respond my calls properly. Instead of taking my complaints they started complaining me and strictly denied for any revise on my debited charges. Then I finally contacted NODAL officer for my area. Officer's email Id is in airtel.in site. I mailed them and I called them up and finally I got my money back.
I guess this way will work out for your problem. We should not let them go on like this.
absolutely right. Many of my friends have complained so. Even we tried it and found out to be fake, pure scam for sure. Its from the number 52455 and also some more numbers in such series I guess.
