Actually they are not fraud but at Ghaziabad they could not acquire the required land to develop township as farmers have become smarter and want to hold the land for the time when cost will be multiplied. This is the basic reason why mostly projects fail them same happened with Niti Shree on NH-58 Ghaziabad and same is the case for Buildcon.
So always go with that project which has acquired required land at least.
