I had booked a 200 sq yard plot with NR Buildcon Pvt Limited in my wife’s name in their project in Manaser in April,06 and paid them Rs 482120 advance towards 20% payment. As per the application clause I was promised 10% simple interest in case the project is not launched in 8 months.
I was given a cheque of Canara Bank, Bhogal , New Delhi in October,06 towards payment which got bounced due to insufficient funds. On request by you the cheque was presented again but with the same result. I was than issued another cheque in November of Citibank for Rs 5 Lacs 6 thousand which also got bounced due to insufficient funds. I have been constantly following up with you and Mr Promod Mishra but have received only false commitments. When the Citibank cheque was again presented in Feb,07 the has closed the account.
Mr N K Jain also keep on giving false commitment and I have not received even a penny from N R Buildon Pvt Limited. A legal notice was served by my lawyer on 19th March,07 but still even after one month NR has nfot paid the money. I logged a complaint with Janak Puri Police station but till now they are not bale to contact Mr N K Jain.
This is called fraud, beware everyone!
I booked a plot with this fraud builder in 2006 through a agent called Rajesh Gosain. Builder is big cheat and fraud. But apart from this these mediator agent also made these builders to collect money and doing fraud. Being a agent it is the reponsibility of these agents to check complete background of the builder. But thses gyes just work for their commision. This agent Rajesh Gosain was from Gurgaon and convinced me a lot on the financial background of the builder. He told this builder is very strong financially. I agree that mistake can be done by any agent but worst part is that this agent even did not cooperate me when I tried to reach the builder to get my money back. In 2007 when project even did not come out, I thought to get my money back from builder. That time again this agent convinced me a lot that project will definately come. 2008 onward when I tried to get my money back from builder, this agent never come across and even stopped picking phone calls. Later even he changed his phone number.
Always beware these type of agents.

I have invested with these people for the Gaziabad venture, I have paid the initial payment and but want to take my money back form these people.
I have made request with the real estate agent but so far nothing has happend as the owner is in jail and that is what I was hearing for last 2 years.
Can someone please let me know what actions have been taken against this company, if you formed any comittee please include me in the case against NR Buildcon.

I have been visiting the office of the NR Buildcon at 72, Janpath, New Delhi but in vein.
Off Late i have found that the office has been closed as per High Court Orders.
Kindly let us know the new address.
I would like to meet the other depositors and join them in their actions to retrive our investments made in the Ghaziabad NH-58 project.
Either the Directors should meet us personally and give us the status of the project or refund the investment alongwith the interest of the investors without any further delay.
Hopping for some Positive action.

they have done nothing wrong, circumstances did, now they are willing to pay each and every penny of our ammount, but for that we should spare them some time for arrangement of the ammount.otherwise if they stay in jail we are not going to get any penny of our hard earned money because their is nobody who is concerned official for refunding the ammount for our money so please i request to all the people that help the directors to get out of the prison and act accordingly.

hi i am sanjay from ghaziabad want to know. Is really they get the licencse for this is fraud.
Because i visited this site. Neither a office nor a board i found there of this company.
some Property dealer are saying they got the lic. but did not get the full land from farmer..
If any person know about more then pls tell me

This is to inform all the investors who have invested with NR Buildcon that they are really fraud .. they issued the cheques to me for refund and when I tried to deposit the cheques on the given date , I was informed that there is no money in the account . one way they show everyone License for Gazibaad land which they have received but on the other hand they do not have a penny to refund . This seems to be a big forgery , there are many people involved in this racket . I booked through a real estate compay agent named -- AJAY TOMER . He should be the first to catch and put behind the bar . He is still running his real estate company by the name of E-SQUARE iNTERNATIONAL having his office in Sarvapriya Vihar , near panchsheet park in Delhi .. all investor should beware of investing through his company . I am soon going to expose this fraud with the help of media and police .. wait and watch . They can not play with our hard earned money
Actually they are not fraud but at Ghaziabad they could not acquire the required land to develop township as farmers have become smarter and want to hold the land for the time when cost will be multiplied. This is the basic reason why mostly projects fail them same happened with Niti Shree on NH-58 Ghaziabad and same is the case for Buildcon.
So always go with that project which has acquired required land at least.
These ppl have received Township license for their project at Ghaziabad N.H-58, i also have the copy of it, if anybody wants please mail me at gofreek@gmail.com.
According to me these ppl are not fraud, as if they were fraud they world have ran away a long back, but still they are at there office at C.P and are refunding ppl their money, i also got my refund after 16 months but i got it.
one plot of 180 sq.yd. at ghaziabad which i have continued and i hope the price will definitely increase there as around 6 to 7 other builders are developing in that particular area and their construction is already started.
Getting a license in such kinda place is itself very hard, but they got it after facing such problems, according to my opinion these ppl have a bonafide intention.

Could anybody please confirm if NR Build Con has received their licence for Gaziabad Project?
This company is a fraud company. I also have paid them 3 lacs as a booking amount for their Ghaziabad project, for which I keep listening the same answer from their office staff that they have got the license but they are yet to receive the copy of it and I am listening to this from past 1 year. I have asked them to return my money for which they are saying that they need 30 days to pay me back.
My real hard earn money is in hands of these frauds. I just hope to get the money back or to get some solution on this problem.
Please Please don't deal with this group.
Even I had invested Rs. 6 lakh with NR Buildcon and it seems they have ran away with the money. All the cheques have bounced and they are not replying to the legal notices as well.
