These ppl have received Township license for their project at Ghaziabad N.H-58, i also have the copy of it, if anybody wants please mail me at gofreek@gmail.com.
According to me these ppl are not fraud, as if they were fraud they world have ran away a long back, but still they are at there office at C.P and are refunding ppl their money, i also got my refund after 16 months but i got it.
one plot of 180 sq.yd. at ghaziabad which i have continued and i hope the price will definitely increase there as around 6 to 7 other builders are developing in that particular area and their construction is already started.
Getting a license in such kinda place is itself very hard, but they got it after facing such problems, according to my opinion these ppl have a bonafide intention.
