I am in the same boat with everyone else on the rainsoft scam. I am still paying for my system, with American Finco which is another rip off all together. I am trying to get mine refinanced with someone else, because American Finco is SUCH A Rip OFF! I have no complaints on the system itself just by the way they come into your house and insist that you have terrible drinking water, when in reality it is all a gimmic to get you to purchase their system. I have two small children and wanted the safest drinking water for them to drink, so me and my husband signed up for it.
