Have you simply tried calling their Customer Service center at [protected] (then number listed on their web site? They offer a full 30 day refund. I read these complaints and was concerned- but then I just called them and they resolved my questions right away. Also, they answered the phone right away and were very easy to work with.
I am perplexed by people on this post that ask how to resolve their customer service issue? Why don't you just call the company? They have a 30 day refund policy. I tried the product for two months. When i got my third shipment i didn't want to continue so i called and they answered right away and processed a refund because it was within the 30 day policy. So why don't you just call?
