Good old rip off dish t.v. We have had trouble with dish t.v. for the last month, I call of course you get someone that can't speak english very well, this is after being put on hold for 45 minutes 3 times...I finally get an appointment for Sept. 12 07' Dish set this time and date up, I agree, we set this up Sept 8 07'. This is a Thursday, we left Thursday to return Friday Sept. 9th 07 with a recorded message from dish telling us that they can be here for our appointment Sept 10th 07' two days earlier if we call and, leave a message at such and, such a number we did...I take Monday off work, as you guessed no Dish t.v. I call them back and yes the good old hold button 1/2 this time...I explained the situation and, of course Dish tells their employees "OH just appologize and, set up another appointment time"... So, now I have to take another day off work to fix this problem...Something really needs to be done about this so called company, I questioned a few employees they say "Dish Stinks"...If you check the internet look at all the complaints againts them...the bbb same thing...
I am looking for a washer and dryer right now, I work hard for my money as you guys have I am sure. Thank You for helping us avoid a headache and to be hit in the pocket book. I also would like to mention before anyone buys anything do sit down for awhile and do your homework, you will be glad you did. You should take the time to call a an appliance repair shop before buying the machine you have in mind ask them the history of repairs on the machine, and be sure there is a repair shop in your area. I called a repair shop on a certain brand found out there are NO repairman in my area. The closest on is over 40 miles away. Just for them to show up a service call is $350.00 and up to 2 weeks wait for them to show up. I think NOT!

I went to buy a new washer and dryer about a month ago from Sears. Talked to the Sales person regarding the L.G.s "Oh these are the greatest"...I asked about local repair shops for my area..."Oh, there are repairman in the Grass Valley Ca area"...I went out to my vehicle called a couple of repair shops in Grass Valley upon doing so found there are NONE...I called a repair shop in Sutter Ca. I asked what a service call would run me $300.00...now thats just to show up. I called LG, they admitted to knowing there is a repairshop problem...Buyer beware of this one...
