I so agree. They lied to us we thought we bought mayan palace but in realty we bought mayan palace sea garden. When we arrived and expected mayan palace and taken across the street to the dumpy sea garden so disappointed. We upgraded for additional $4,000. We went on a timeshare presentation thru mayan palace for the grand mayan they knew we owned mayan palace but they still lied about everything I wanted to laugh but the joke was still on me I still gave them 6 hours of a 7 day vacation when you lose 2 days for traveling.
