I bought my Ice2O March of 2006. This morning we came downstairs to hear a strange clicking noise and the ice flap is going crazy. The lights are flashing and the ice and water don't work. Since it is Sunday, no one is open, so I scheduled service on Maytag's website. No one can come until Wednesday. We figured that we could live without the ice and water for a few days, until tonight - when the 'temp alarm' starting going off saying that the fridge temp was 56! We had to throw out as much as possible to fit things in the fridge in the garage (which is a five year old GE that has never had a problem!) Now I have no fridge and five kids, it's summer - so they are all home - and I find out that a ton of other people have the same problem and Maytag doesn't seem to care.
