Dear Ms. Edghill:

You may not be aware that a link to this complaint has been placed on the libelous website owned and operated by RoseMarie Zizzo, www.b-pcb.info.

Zizzo cannot mediate complaints between buyers and breeders of pedigreed cats. In fact, her privileges to register and exhibit cats with the world's largest registry of pedigreed cats, The Cat Fanciers' Association, have been suspended for life due to her harassment of other breeders.

You may wish to contact Zizzo through her site and request removal of the link.

Sincerely,
Ima Lumberjack
Dear Ms. May:

You may not be aware that a link to this complaint has been posted by RoseMarie Zizzo to her libelous website, www.b-pcb.info. As stated above, Zizzo has no authority to solve or mediate complaints between buyers and breeders of pedigreed cats.

You may wish to contact Zizzo through her website and request the link be removed.

Sincerely,
Ima Lumberjack
HEY ZIZZO! Melanie Lowry wants the $7,5000 a judge awarded her in her suit against you for defamation and loss of business. PAY UP, HAG!
Doesn't Rosemarie Zizzo live off disability and SSI? She certainly seems to have a lot of outside income. Mrs. Zizzo is always advertising stud service, or cats for sale. Then there's the list of fees posted on her website. Maybe someone should report her for having unclaimed income.
By the way, I've seen some of the complaints Zizzo has filed. Want to know what she offers for proof? It's true because she says so...that's her proof.

Than again, RoseMarie Zizzo denied in another post to this board that she and her fraudulent organization, b-pcb.info, were being sued. Yet, in her written request (a failed request, I might add) to the judge for a telephone hearing, she gave both her name and the name of b-pcb.info.

What a fool.

By the way, Zizzo lost that case. A judgment against her was set forth in the amount of $7,500.00. Zizzo is attempting to appeal the judgment, however I doubt she has the stones to show up in court.

That's Zizzo for you... big and mean when she's cowering behind a computer...meek and cowardly when the curtain she hides behind is pulled aside.
Who the hell is "we" Zizzo? Got a mouse in your pocket? It's none of your f*cking business who anyone buys cats from. Got that?
Hey Zizzo... aren't you supposed to be in court today? Funny how you won't show up there, but you were able to post a comment to this complaint at approximately 9 am PDT, Wednesday, May 23!
It's apparent RoseMarie Zizzo was aware she was going to lose her court case Monday, June 25. Zizzo registered three new domain names with GoDaddy on June 10 in anticipation that her current site www.b-pcb.info would have to be removed as the result of a judgment against her.

The domain names and sites are:

Cat-Buyers-Beware.info
bad-cat-breeders.info
cat-breeders-complaints.info

In addition Zizzo has a blog site which contain most, if not all, of the slanderous information on b-pcb.info:

http://selectablog.com/bpcbinfo/

Zizzo has a fifth site called "Cat Buyers Fight Back", which links back to www.b-pcb.info at:

http://mysite.verizon.net/cfb6/

One would think that having a judgment of $7,500 handed down against them in a court of law, and being served multiple additional suits with the potential for thousands of dollars, in the New York case one million dollars in damages, would cause the average reasonable person to rethink their actions. However, RoseMarie Zizzo is neither average, nor reasonable.

Have a lovely day in court, Zizzo. Lots of them. Don't forget to bring your checkbook.
What's the matter, RoseMarie? Don't tell me you've never told a lie in your life? How about this one: "... Bad Pedigree Cat Breeders Info is not being sued at all, this is all lies."

Zizzo, you made that comment on this site. It may be found at the following url:

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/lollimops-cattery-sells-fip-catskittens-c2996.html

Scroll down to the bottom of the second comment, and you'll see that Zizzo's own words have finally come back to bite her in her fat ###.

RoseMarie Zizzo and her fraudulent organization b-pcb.info were sued in California Small Claims Court by Melanie Lowry on June 25, 2007. Judgement was handed down against Zizzo in the amount of $7.500.00, the maximum amount allowed under CA law.

By the way, Zizzo, I hear you run pretty fast for someone who claims to be in such ill health. RoseMarie is going to be getting a lot more exercise running from courtrooms. There are two more suits pending against her in CA courts. Not only that, Monday, Zizzo was served notice of a suit in New York State civil court which prays for damages of $1,000,000.00.

For the numerically challenged, like Zizzo, that's one million dollars. Not only that, in order to defend herself in this suit, Zizzo will have to hire a lawyer and travel to New York.

Sounds like a job that even Zizzo's prepaid law firm Parker Stansbury wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

Sorry, Sharon, but someone is giving you incorrect information. A positive result for corona virus does not mean your kitten is at an increased risk of developing FIP later in life. A corona titer is pretty useless. All it tells you is the approximate number of antibodies the cat's immune system has produced. Nothing more, nothing less. Multiply that number by a million, divide it by a thousand, and you just might get an accurate idea of your cat's chances of FIP.

By the way, corona virus is inherent in about 90%of cats.

If your vet told you that a positive corona virus result might put your cat at risk for FIP, please find another vet. This one is using the specter of FIP to frighten you into parting with your hard earned money.
If this buyer had done her homework before buying this cat, she would have learned that there is no such thing as a 'teacup Persian'. Calling any breed of animal a 'teacup' because of it's small size is an attempt by unscrupulous breeders to deceive the public into believing that small is cute. It is not. Breeders who produce freakishly small animals rarely tell the buying public that animals bred to be unusually small have many more health problems than their standard sized cousins.

This buyer wants the breeder penalized for selling her an unhealthy animal. The buyer got exactly what she wanted...a cat of substandard size, which goes hand in hand with a tendency towards health problems.

Lady, you shoulda done your homework. You wanted a tiny pet, and you got exactly what you paid for.
If youda done your homework, you would have realized what a bad cattery you were about to buy from before you did.
Concerned cat lover, my eye.
Both the original post and the first comment were made by none other than RoseMarie Zizzo. Google her name. Read what comes up. She's a whacko, folks.
Funny how Zizzo has appointed herself the protector of purebred cats, but fails to mention that she has been suspended from The Cat Fanciers' Association for life. That's right. Zizzo cannot show cats OR register them with the world's largest registry of pedigreed cats.

I also don't see Zizzo mentioning the lawsuit she lost last year over the slander on her website. A judgement was handed down against Zizzo in the amount of $7, 500.00 for her harassment of another Persian cat breeder. See a copy of the judgement here: http://www.pedigree-cbs.org/judgment.htm
Do you think she's paid up? Of course not.

If you have a judgement against a person who refuses to pay, put a lien on their vehicles or real estate. I recommend the vehicles, since most people change cars more often than they move. Go to the County Treasurer's office to see what they own. Since vehicle registrations and real estate matters are in the public domain, they cannot refuse your request.
Good luck!
HEY ZIZZO WHY DONT YOU PAY MELANIE LOWRY THE 7.5K PLUS INTEREST YOU OWE HER? WHY DID YOU LIE YOUR ### OFF IN COURT THE OTHER DAY? WHY DID YOU TAKE DOWN ALL YOUR WEBSITES BUT POST THIS BOGUS CRAP? WHOS ### DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GET SENT TO JAIL FOR NONPAYMENT?
HAHAHA ZIZZO. YOURE NOT FOOLING ANYONE. IF YOUR HOMELESS WOULDNT YOU LIKE A NICE PLACE TO SLEEP-----IN JAIL!

By your own admission, you purchased a 'teeny tiny' animal from a breeder who wouldn't allow you in her home, who behaved defensively when questioned, overcharged you considerably from what a reputable breeder in your own area would have charged, and was just plain rude and nasty before you bought the dog.

Not only that, you didn't do your homework on pedigreed dogs, the breed, or the breeder. Had you done so, all these issues would have been avoided.

You got exactly what you paid for---a whole lot of trouble and heartbreak.
When will people realize there is no such thing as a miniature Persian. What they are getting is an animal purposely bred to be freakishly small with a higher risk of health issues. Check the Cat Fancier's Association website. Read the Persian Breed Standard. There is no mention of a miniature Persian because there is no such thing. It's a marketing ploy used by disreputable breeders to sell their undersized runt animals at grossly inflated prices.

Yes, pictures can be altered. That is why it is so vital to buy from a breeder you have established a relationship with IN REAL LIFE. Buying an animal, any animal, on the basis of what is posted to a website is a sure and certain way to have your heart broken and lose money.
