I ORDERD A FUNERAL AND PLANT ARRANGMENT BACK IN APRIL, O8 FOR MY UNCLE AND I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD. I CALLED THREE TIMES AND SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. TO GET THE CHARGES CREDIT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT, STILL NO RESPOND, OR CALL BACK AND IT'S NOW NOVEMBER.PLEASE E-MAIL ME OR CALL ME ABOUT THIS MATTER.
