First of all, they cannot make a computer shut down from lack of payment. I have dealt with this company and have found a few to be rude. I also have a Dell and fell behind due to being laid off in this wonderful economy. The lady I have been dealing with has been very nice and has worked with me. I just find it funny that they actually believed the computer would be shut down from lack of payments. hahahaha
