I agree with you that it is a scam. They charged us $599 for a directory listing we did not approve, although they claimed we did. When our marketing person requested an invoice or some form of documentation they used that as "proof" that we agreed to services. I finally contacted Better Business Bureau and almost immediately they backed off. 'Carol Scott' from US Directory responded via BBB that she has now zeroed out our account and put us on their Do Not Call list. Hmmm, why wouldn't they do that before when I complained over the phone?
