(05/16/12) -and- Universal Technical LLC, also known as Universal Surveying & Stakeout LLC, unlicensed civil penalty in the amount of $900 and cease and desist from offering, implying it could provide, or from providing any design professional services forbidden by Commonwealth statutes and to enter into individual, lawful, binding, enforceable, confessions of judgment of restitution binding it to repay specific amounts of moneys to identified individual consumers which the firm received in payment for services it was not lawfully permitted to offer or to perform because the firm offered to engage in and did practice land surveying without properly employing a Commonwealth licensed land surveyor as a directing head or responsible charge for professional land surveying services.
