Gary, I'm pleased that Careington's Customer Service Manager, Daniel, was able to reach you yesterday by phone to ensure you knew that a refund had been issued before your post to Complaints Board. As stated in our membership agreement, your annual membership will renew each year unless you contact us to cancel either in writing or by phone. We do send our members renewal notices 30 days in advance of the automatic renewal of your membership, and we apologize if there was any confusion about the nature of your online membership or membership fee. We sincerely hope this issue has been resolved, and we remain happy to assist you further should you have any additional questions or concerns.
