We puhchased a pair of your glasses, order# 2229417, the right ear piece was broken. They said they would make another pair. They sent a Return address & the numbers.We mailed the glasses to the place where they told us to. Now that we have no glasses, they say they can't make another pair like we had. They said they could not replace the glasses with the same polybycorbenent lens we paid for. Is this the kind of company we are dealing with? If you can't replace them with what we paid for, then return all of our money with all the freight charges we have paid for.
