Order was placed 24 hours in advance and processed by Pro Flowers. Confirmation email was sent to me stating that: “Confirmed: We’ve Got It from Here”. Recipient never received their 70th birthday flowers today. I telephoned customer service, and they said there was nothing they could do, admitted that a mistake have been made, and said the best they could do would be to deliver tomorrow and refund me the delivery fee.
Desired outcome: Total refund and a profuse apology.
