I have been very patient with this company too date.
I sent 3 emails and made 2 calls last week no response.
This company may be harbouring a fraudster and chooses to do nothing about it.
I followed the instructions on the website to report a fraudster using their service in creating a fake website.
This is a major criminal offence.
Today we received a message from *1-2***5***@privacyguardian.org saying:

Definitely a rip off scam site that they are hosting: bba-shopify.com. Selling goods at ridiculously low prices which whatever you order you will not get nor will you get your monies back. They have a contact email: Customer.-Service@hotmail.com where I made inquiry for their telephone number. I never got any reply. They list a location of: 6735 E 50th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022 where I went to personally and there is no such warehouse or store related to them .
