I decided to give them a try and ordered some packaging from them. Unfortunately, the quality of the packaging was really bad. It was flimsy and not sturdy at all. To make matters worse, when the parcels arrived, I was hit with unexpected import duties. It was quite a hassle to deal with.

And when I finally got in touch with them to express my dissatisfaction, they promised to remake the order. Well, it's now January 18th and still no sign of the new order. I was confronted about my negative reviews, which I still stand by, and was promised an update. Well, here it is. We have decided to initiate a chargeback since we were promised a refund over a week ago, and now all communication has abruptly ceased.

UPDATE - This morning, we received a communication regarding the refund. Interestingly, it was billed under a DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME - cheapcustomboxesme.com.

ME: You consistently provide poor quality products, lack communication, and fail to meet deadlines. I had to resort to posting negative reviews just to get a response from you. It's the only way to grab your attention. You assured me a refund over a week ago, but it never materialized. Hence, we find ourselves in this situation.

If you were in my shoes, I'm certain you would also be frustrated. Especially considering that we have been waiting for a resolution since December 2022 for an order placed on November 7, 2022. You go weeks without any form of communication, promise tracking information that is never provided, and ignore my repeated inquiries. It's no wonder I'm irritated!

George: We have already sent you stickers twice, incurring double shipping costs and double printing expenses. We even refunded your money, which means we have actually spent from our own pockets to provide you with stickers and free service. This is simply unfair to any company!

ME: If it's so costly to produce remakes, perhaps you should have better control over your quality and product handling processes to avoid the need for remakes altogether. I even suggested that you retrieve the first batch and return it to your materials provider since they didn't stick at all. This is just a part of doing business. Learn from your mistakes. (Both batches have been disposed of since you didn't want them back.)

The product you shipped to us is absolutely terrible. Take some responsibility for it.

Don't blame me because I refuse to tolerate subpar products and unprofessional behavior. Complaining to me about your own shortcomings won't solve the issue. The problem lies with you, not with me. I expect quality for the money I paid, which you clearly cannot provide.
