Prestamos CDFI, LLC review: SBA loan PPP first draw 1

Back on May 2021 I applied through blue acorn /Prestamos CDFI, LLC for the PPP loan and I got approved then I signed the documents everything was good to go after a long wait blue Acorn finally decided to deposit the funds however my bank rejected the transaction due to it being a business transaction and I accidentally provided the personal account, I right away corrected the mistake I provided blue Acorn with the business bank account information and soon after they said the funding process has started but that never happened I waited and waited for a while and nothing happened I tried to reach out to them numerous times and then I finally got tired of it and I sent them an email saying I was going to file a complaint with the regulator and other agencies then they almost immediately replied saying they're rejecting my application supposed to because I'm missing some documents the documents that shows prove I was in business around 2019 or 2020 year I immediately replied with those documents by have already submitted whenever I first applied for the lawn that's why I was approved for the loan in the first place I wasn't going to get approved or even be able to sign the documents if I didn't submit those documents in the beginning but yet I resubmitted them again and I said here's the documents and here's more documents to clarify but yet they said it's final they don't want to change their mind till today they never did anything about those documents not even review with them I already have signed and finalized the SBA loan I got the documents I'm going to attach everything with this complaint so you guys see what I'm talkin about please if you guys can help me fix this issue has been really frustrating I tried to reach out to them so many times I was being so nice and nothing thank you.
