On July 22, 2025, I purchase a contract for $3722.00 for a period of 80,000 miles. Over 2 weeks ago I brought my 2011 Chrysler 200 S hardtop convertible to my local mechanics to perform an oil change. When they completed the oil change that my motor mounts were worn and needed to be replaced. We scheduled a return appointment for the work to be done on June 29, 2026. On my drive to the shop on 6-29-26 the air conditioning on the driver's side of the dashboard stopped blowing. On 6-20-26 my repair shop submitted the claims with pictures to Premier as directed. 4 days later the shop had not heard from Premier. I phoned Premier and was told that an adjuster would have to be sent to examine the car before there would be approval for the work. an adjust finally went to the shop and submitted his report to Premier. Premier approved the job for over $2,000.00 than it would cost for parts and labor. The shop phoned the adjuster thinking there was a mistake but they were told that they would not pay more than the value of the vehicle. After numerous calls I made to Premier and my mechanics made, we are now 13 days later and my car is still in the shop and we do not have an approval for the repair. Premier counts the 2 different claims as one claim. I was told that any future work on the vehicle goes to the same claim. In other words, they do not pay per claim, the cost of each claim is combined on your account. My car is worth $7200 retail, and $3,961 trade in value according to Edmunds Appraisal Report. Premier values my car at $2400.00 and will not pay more to have the vehicle properly repaired. I asked why the sold me a policy for $3722.00 if my car was only worth $2400 to them. They could not explain that. So I was sold a policy that they knew would not be valued for more than $2400 no matter was wrong with the car. You do not want to purchase from this company. I have many more details to this story but you should get the picture by now.
Claimed loss: $2,600.00
Desired outcome: Premier pay for the 2 claims that were submitted or refund my entire premium paid to date.
