Purchased a Kirby in October 2024, price $2300; payments have been automatically deducted from account and today, July 13, 2025, my balance is still $2300. Where are my payments going that my balance hasn't budged?
Tried to get on to PCI to check my account and was kicked back to start page to create an account.
I'm beginning to wonder if Preferred Credit is legit or not.
