Precision Home Health review: I am not have not been paid the hours worked from Precision Home Health in Roanoke, Virginia

This is an email I sent to the company this morning, 2//18/22 8:31 AM

To Whom it May Concern,

I have just previewed my paycheck stub information on my ADP account for this pay period ending 2/13/22 and it is completely incorrect, again! It only states that I have worked 16 hours of which you paid me $184.00 minus taxes $169.70! I have clocked in correctly and clocked out correctly with my clients signatures every day. How can this be corrected? I need my paycheck to be correct. I repeat, I need my paycheck to be correct.

These are the correct times I worked and clocked in and clocked out THAT HAVE MY CLIENTS SIGNATURES:

1/31/22- 9:16 AM - 10:45 AM 1 HR and 29 MIN

2/1/22 - 9:24 AM - 4:29 PM - 6 HRS and 47 MIN.

2/2/22 - 11:33 AM - 4:10 PM - 4 HRS and 37 MIN

2/4/22 - 9:43 AM - 2:59 PM - 5 HRS and 16 MIN

2/7/22 - 9:58 AM - 2:02 PM -4 HRS and 4 MIN

2/8/22 - 10:14 AM - 3:56 PM - 5 HRS and 42 MIN

2/9/22 - 12:17 PM - 3:56 PM - 3 HRS and 39 MIN

TOTAL: 34 HRS and 34 MIN

PLUS + 25 HRS OWED FROM PREVIOUS PAY PERIODS

I AM OWED $682.41

The pay period dates on my 16 hour pay stub are wrong starting pay period starting 2/14/22, and pay period ending 2/27/22 and pay date 2/18/22. It's infuriating to see such incompetence. Today's date is 2/18/22.

I should be getting paid from 1/31/22 - 2/13/22.

As you can plainly see, I haven't worked in the future dates past 2/18/22.

This has to stop!

It appears that you have decided to pay me from 1/31/22-2/4/22. You couldn't even get those hours correct. Not 16 but 18 hours and 5 minutesI.

My patience has run out. Correct this today or I will be contacting the labor board, BBC, and Legal Aid for the pain and suffering this has caused me. Forcing me to take out a personal loan to pay last month's rent.

I have wasted hours trying to get this company to be honest and forthright to pay me for the hours I've worked. I have repeatedly called in, emailed in, texted in my hours over and over as were requested by previous management, current management, and supervisors.

You are proving that you are not capable of doing so.

I want to know how you came up with just 16 hours? I need my paycheck to reflect the hours I diligently and honestly worked. I also need the 25 hours of back pay owed to be reflected on the paycheck as well.

I spoke to Christina by the end of the day ,2/17/22. She informed me she was taking care of an emergency and she would call me later. I haven't received a call yet. I hope Christina will return my call before I have to call again.
