I had service with them up until May of 2022. I canceled The energy provider. I called at the end of May to make sure I didn't have an account or service with them. was reassured I didn't and my account was closed. I then received an email in June from them stating that they were sad to see me go. So I called again in the beginning of June and at the end of June around the 26. I was once again reassured I didn't have an account with them. Well on October 15th 2022 I received 5 bills from them stating I owe them over 5.5k for service I had through them this summer when I was told 3 different times my account was closed. I never once received a bill from this summer or an email stating I had service with them or an emailed bill (which I received the entire year I did have service with them). I was also told I get a supervisor call back within 24 hours and it's going on 48 hours without a call. This an error on their end. I did everything I could to make sure I didn't want an account with them and even stated on multicable times I didn't want there service and canceled.
