On October 7, 2022 I purchased a girl size 7 sneakers on Posh and received an
INFANT size 7. I contacted the seller and she insisted the sneakers are correct. I contacted customer support and they reviewed my request and decided to deny the return. Under the return guidelines, this qualifies for return because the item wasn't as described in the listing. I would like to appeal the decision because | believe there's an error.
I've emailed customer service after the decision was made to appeal and didn't get a reply.
Desired outcome: Return the item for a full refund
