On September 20, 2025 I was in route home to phoenix from northern Minnesota when my RV went into limp mode 60 miles east of Denver, was towed to Iron Buffalo who stated they could look at it, Being a Saturday I would understand that to be an emergency repair and authorized Iron Buffalo to repair the vehicle, as I was basically stuck in Denver with 3 dogs and no way home.
Portfolio one has denied my claim based on repairs being made prior to authorization even though it clearly states in the contract that if emergency repairs are required then file claim for reimbursement.
They have flat out denied my claim solely based on not getting authorization first which likely would have resulted in weeks or more stuck in Denver with 3 dogs no hotel would allow.
I am simply asking for my claim to be paid for repairs,
Claimed loss: 6,360$
Desired outcome: Pay claim
