I also took a long while to figure out the instructions to download the Poliglu app. when I finally got it working, I found that it does not in fact translate much except English correctly. I could not get the Spanish or anything working on the Translator. Even with my Bluetooth nothing was coming from it. When I emailed and called to try and return it...

I took a long while to figure out the instructions to download the Poliglu app. when I finally got it working, I found that it does not in fact translate Egyptian Arabic as promised. It used MSA, the dialect of the Arab nations such as Saudi, Kuwait, etc. These are very different form Egyptian dialect and therefore of no use to me. I asked twice to be certain it would be the correct dialect and both times was assured it would be.
How can I get a refund? I purchased two devices at $89 each
I do hope I can get a refund, as this was misleading advertising
