P&O Cruises review: Cancelled cruise flight seats refund.

Hello,

I had booked two places for my wife and myself on cruise K301 but unfortunately tested positive for Covid19 on 29th December 2022.
P&O handled both the cancellation and the refund for trips and treatments that I had booked professionally and promptly.

However I have not received the £123 paid through Flight Seat Booker, to reserve seats for the return flight.
I have spoken to P&O customer services about this matter on two occasions (29th December and again 13th January), only to be told, that despite it clearly stating on their own website...

"Any purchases for extra experiences you made through My P&O Cruises, Flight Seat Booker, your travel agent or our Customer Contact Centre will be automatically refunded.
That this charge is nonrefundable.
I am a careful man and would not have reserved seats if there was a non refund policy and was reassured by the refund wording on the website.

Desired outcome: A full refund for myself and in an ideal world P&O either changing the misleading wording on their website or better still refunding all those people that have had their Flight Seat Booker money taken.
