Pleywaste of time


We had lots of communication back and forth and didn't come to an agreement.
Their problem was that they were unable to send my order for no reason, my problem was that I was tired of waiting and wanted to get my money back and it was against their stupid and sneaky policies.
Plus, contacting them is like a pain in the a$$ because they rarely answer, rarely pick up the phone and reply emails once a week, so it was hard.
Haven't refunded yet. But I won't give up.
