On 7 Jan 2016 My wife and I (both Premiermiles card holders) travelled from Penang to London via KLIA(international). Before we continue our journey from KLIA (international) to London, we decided to check in at Plaza Lounge (International) for morning breakfast around 8.30am. After registration of our Premiermiles cards with the reception, we were asked to go over to the opposite lounge called Flight Club. We thought the Plaza Lounge was full then but after checking out through the glass partition, we found that the Plaza Lounge was not full and had many tables still empty. To our dismay, the guests behind us were ushered in to the Plaza Lounge without any problem. Added to our dismay, the Flight Club lounge was actually a downgraded lounge and we were restricted with the order of one menu only. Please advise if the Citibank had a pre-arranged downgraded services (for its card members) with the Plaza Lounge management for cost saving. Please act urgently if this downgraded service is not approved by Citibank. @ BS Chua, if you think you are so high-class, please fly using your own private jet. No need to use airlines used by commoner.
