On 1/4/24 I filed a police report for a dog attack. The case number is 240017 documented at 9:30 pm. The police and the paramedics took photos of the dog bite on my knee showing bruising and swelling. I went to ER on 1/8/24 where they told me to wear a knee brace.

The owner of the dog is Suzanne Frances Shephard who was visiting her sister Mary Ann Hollibaugh at space # 244. Mary Ann Hollibaugh sublets the trailer from Terri Garrison who owns space # 244.

I am writing a complaint against my neighbor Mary Ann Holliibaugh for harassment. She video records me with her phone when i go outside. This occurred on 2/13/24. I believe that she thinks that I am faking my injury.

Why are all the employees quitting first it was the coordinator, which you said I did not qualify then it was the sales rep Dina, then Melody our park ranger who has been there forever. Anthony stopped our Group meetings for doing stuff for the park ie. potlucks monthly which were great getting more people doing things like bingo, bunco, ect.. He can be nice at times but then he is very rude. Some people think that maybe he doesn't approve of women. I was very disappointed that things have gotten so bad. I have a friend trying to sell her house she listed in May it is not on the internet or on the sale paper. Her name is Eunice Carter she is in her 80's so I am trying to help her. She has called Anthony several times and is not giving her much help. She calls me to see what I can do but when I talk to him he tells me he is waiting for mgmt. to get back to him. Is he to do sales and does he have his license I offered to get one he of course said no. We really don't have any amenities they have working on the street putting a gate making the dog park bigger, but what does that do for us. It would be nice to have a heated pool since we are the only park that doesn't these people are old and swimming would be a wonderful thing for them to swim to keep there bones in good shape. I thing this park is being a little discriminating. Don't get me wrong Anthony picked up the slack when he needed to but what does he know about selling your models he doesn't know anything about them! I appologise for doing this but I haved lived here for 5 years and I am upset as well as other residents. They even read our PGE meters ahead because I have been checking mine.
