Pinnacle Pest & Wildlife Control was supposed to catch mice and seal our house, but they didn't show up when they said they would. We paid them $200 and they set traps on October 16, but they didn't come back on October 28 like they said they would. They didn't even text us. We tried to contact them and they said they would come on October 31, but they didn't show up again. Then they said they would come on November 3, but they didn't show up again. They haven't tried to contact us or reschedule.
