Since October 2024 I have attempted to get 7 of 7 pills delivered in a PillPack. In September 2025 6 of 7 pill were FINALLY delivered. Now I have been told that a.67 pill, rabeprazole, cannot be delivered next month so we are back to 5 of 7 and I have to go back to get a prescription from CVS AND PAY CASH until PillPack can try to fix their broken platform again.
I have wasted ONE Hour escalating call tonight, after being promised a call back today after an hour call LAST NIGHT and another call last week!

Claimed loss: Wasting hours of my time that I could be billing at work and PillPack is Sorry... I agree.

Desired outcome: do their damned job. and get 7 of 7 pills correct ONE SINGLE TIME after 365 DAYS!
