I did a free trial for 1 week and set a reminder on my iPhone to cancel it before weeks end. During this time we had an unexpected death in the family and had to leave town for the 3 day wake and funeral on the Wellpinit Native American Reservation where there is no internet available. Because of this, I was unable to cancel, yet I was charged $43.63 for something I didn't want when it was not my fault. I canceled the app right away on our way home when I got internet back and WILL NOT use it. I was denied my payment back and people need to know that even though disaster hits there are no exceptions. I am appalled this company can get away with this unforgiving event. I will pass my treatment along from this company to my plant friends. Shame on you!
