I attempted to contact Picard & Cie in two e-mails using their company web site concerning a defective watch band on a brand new watch. Each time I received an automated response saying someone would be contacting me shortly. Well I am getting ready to send my third e-mail today. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not received a response from the customer care department as promised by the automated e-mails.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Same story for me. purchased a watch through living social, by picard and Cie, missing a pin on the clasp, so it will not hold. No answer to multiple e-mails sent via their website, and no e-mail address, phone number, or street address is listed anywhere! I cannot even find any company information online. What a rip-off and fake!
