This company is a complete waste of web space never do business with this company if you care about yourself and your client and you don't want to waste time, money or get headaches. I had to fix errors in their script that they made up excuses about. Paid them to fix other errors in other scripts and they fixed it improperly every time so I had to move on to another company.
If you are okay with wasting money then do business with them but take my advice don't let them fool you. They are some of the worst programmers I've come in contact with. I wish I had listen to the many horror reviews out their it would save me a lot of money.

In my opinion they are a scam they sell you a broken script and then charge you to fix it. In all my reviews I've never had to give a 1 star rating I always try to see the best in a company but I can't see myself giving them a 2 star rating. I wish their was a half star rating or a no star rating that would better suit this company.
On their site they claim to be a huge company but in fact they are not a huge company they are a small fry in a big basket. After this experience I've decided since I already have most of the knowledge necessary to write php or JavaScript applications I will start up my own software store and sell legitimate scripts.

yes, jabbers do have some very nice scripts. BUT - instead of making a script at a reasonable price compared to many other script makers - they want just a little more than the nature of their business asks.
And yes many times there scripts fall short in NOT giving you an important or two features or details so you can come to them and they can charge you for the custom work instead of including it in the package. EVEN after it is pointed out to them - they will say - we will consider it for the next update.
THAT UPDATE WILL NEVER COME. And although the owner says we add updates - they don't - not for free because its a new version instead which you have to pay for.
And yes - they will gouge you on prices. Maybe your a company playing with someone else's money then your ok. But if you are the average guy or webmaster building a site for someone else. It gets expensive.
And they are in Bulgaria where in their dollars a US dollar is ~ 1.74 in their dollars. So you are giving them twice as much in their money. But they will say they have to pay programmers in America. BS.
basically they try to get as much out of you as they can and still look like they're doing you a favor - and I know many many many will agree with me. except the staff.
That's why on their website they now do discounts 5 for 3 or whatever slick deal they can think of - to look like they nice guy when they know ppl just stopped buying from them as much because prices are a little NUTS for they work feature provided. And don't forget about customization fees to follow.
Unless you have no choice - stay clear until they get more reasonable in their price.
And they put too many limitations on their stuff and Now - they decided to add pjadmin.. pjscript pjthis and pjthat.. which us web guys don't want because how is that white label - everyone will know its a jabbers script or don't want to risk that being found out - but I guess they don't care about that - and that's another reason they have gone down and lowered prices through discounts because ppl have disappeared on them.
So don't come defending them just because you have the money. Morally they DONT do the right thing. We're all suckers to them.
Some people will never get the difference between a purposeful script, and a full solution application. When looking for a full solution application, expect to have an internal development team on your payroll with plenty of purchases for hardware, servers, and perks to keep the dev team happy. A full solution Business application will probably run minimally Million USD per annum on your books (and perhaps over 50M per annum)
A purposeful script is something that will be only one aspect of the whole picture - but is designed to do just one of the many tasks, and provide better ease for this one task it has been purposefully programmed to do. A script is not responsible for an entire Business process.
As many business will have similarities, it is very reasonable that a common task can be covered by a script and be useful for 10, 000 little enterprises. In rare cases will a few of these 10, 000 businesses be doing the same thing where they could ever share the same full solution Business application. Rather the majority of businesses will have varied and specific business needs that will represent major differences in their full solution Business applications. So while a purposeful script can be cost shared across many businesses, such will rarely be the case for a full solution Business application.
phpJabbers has done an AMAZING JOB for handling a specific task, and yes, we indeed do use one of their scripts. But again, this script is hardly expected to be a full solution Business application. It is expected to do the task it was programmed to do - and it does its task exactly as described. We are actually really impressed with the reasonable price for the script, and how reasonable their rates are for customizations. Their cost per hour that they charge is indeed much less that what it would cost to secure an hour of my time, and purchasing their script was indeed much faster and took much less time than if I were to have programmed it. So indeed huge value and time saver. To phpJabbers - thank you, and keep up the GOOD WORK.
Furthermore a BUG is when something doesn't work as advertised. It does not mean "isn't customized for my specific needs". The phpJabbers script captures user data from the webpage and accurately stores it in a MySQL database, without the end-users or script user needing any expertise in programming or relational database systems management. As such it does exactly as described.
Users wanting to change their script to have a different appearance, do additional tasks - this is customization. And a lack of skill sets and understandings required to do make such changes by the unknowing and unskilled does not change the definition of what a bug is. It is this group that will complain and call it a bug because their lack of skills have failed to reach their intended result. But again, this is not an error of the original script - and hence, indeed not a bug.
Finally, to any person attempting to run a business venture on the Internet:
- if you indeed think a $29 or $49 script is suppose to be the end all that runs your entire enterprise, you should really pack your business up and close shop. The business world has no handicap bonuses for such stupidity. The real world of business will soon byte you in the butt, and you will come to realize the costs for technology will consume 1000's times this amount in short order.
Purchased appointment booking software off PHP Jabbers/Stivasoft. Its a niece piece of software and does exactly what we need, however it's full of bugs, poor quality control. Upon purchasing the software, for most of the first year, we were continuously reporting numerous bugs with the software. The software is not mature enough to be released, and still has major issues with simple things. The reporting system in the software is pointless as it displays all prices incorrectly and as a result, they now want us to pay them to resolve these issues. We have informed them that we are not happy with them charging us as we've had nothing but issues, but they ignored our comments and just kept asking if we want to pay them to fix it! ...AVOID unless you have a developer that can fix their bugs!
Obviously I cannot comment on this individuals personal experience with PHPjabbers however in the interest of fairness and to provide a balance view I would like to offer my own views for what it's worth. I first used PHPJabbers several years ago purchasing their availability calendar to which I required some custom modifications - I found them to be both flexible and efficient in completing my customs request - so much so that I have purchased several scripts since including form generator and vacation rental script the latter having been customised to suit my particular application and again I found the company bot very professional end easy to work with. All that I can think of is that he previous reviewer either had unrealistic expectations or did not read the product detail prior to purchase who knows or really who cares PHPjabbers in my option over an excellent range of products at a realistic price there technical help and support ticket service works - all you have to do is use it - In conclusion I would recommend them and will, be using them again end of!
A very good company to get ur PHP scripts done...though the modification charges are high i like the stuff they provide and recommend it.
I don’t regularly review products software of companies however when I come across something that has made my job easier or a company that excels in their support and advice I think it only right that I share my experience.
One such company is PHP Jabers and their ever growing range of “Bolt On” Scripts which are not only very reasonably priced they “Do exactly what they say on the tin” My first experience with them was a few years ago when I purchased a copy of their Availability Booking Calendar. This is a super little script which was quickly set up and did exactly what it said it would. As usual however I wanted more so I contacted PHP Jabbers and my enquiry was received by Veselin the CEO who was more than capable of answering my queries in a fast and efficient manner. I required some custom modifications to the script and these too where delivered in quick time and at a very reasonable cost considering what I actually required.
I would highly recommend these guys weather you are a seasoned programmer or a newbie. My advice to programmers out there is “Don’t try and reinvent the wheel” if you are looking for a particular task to be done on line then chances are that PHP Jabbers have it covered. Check out their site or their sister site Stivasoft you will find it is quicker and more economical than designing from scratch. On top of that you get great communication to any questions you may have. I am sure that you won’t be disappointed.

I already tried to find you in our clients database, over 17 000 as of now, so I can personally contact you but unfortunately could not find such name, email or nickname.
“Paid them to fix other errors” - I am sorry to say that this is absolutely not true. Like every other software company we do launch updates to our products – some updates include adding new features others minor fixes. However, it is impossible that we charge our clients to fix something ! Unfortunately we do have clients who do not check how our scripts work nor ask pre sale questions and instead start telling that there is a problem with a script just because it does not support something that they need. Fortunately the number of those clients is not big.

“truth or consequences dot com” - please read the whole page and you will understand what the problem was with this client. Just the fact that client wrote that we've scammed their credit card which is absolute lie, paypal and 2checkout.com are used to process all our payments, proves that this person is not trustworthy. We NEVER have access to clients' credit card details !
“they are not a huge company” - yes, we cannot compare to Google. Still as of now we have 4 offices in 3 different countries and over 17 000 happy clients worldwide.
