I started receiving charges from this company last novemeber 2010. I was unsure what it was and disputed it with US Bank. I got the companys phone number and called and cancelled the charges from them. I received a confirmation number. It is one year later and I have been disputing with US Bank these charges. They are still being taken from my account in the amount of $24.90. I think it might have been from a phone call I received from US Bank about a trial life insurance program. I agreed but never received any information so I figured it must not have been anything. But over a year later and after cancelling all charges I am still being charged.
I was able to contact the company about the described charges and resolved all the charges and how exactly they had been approved for my account. I appreciate their response into the matter.
I have the same problem with a charge of $16.50 a month being taken out of my bank account! The number that is on my statement for them is incorrect! Does anyone have the correct contact number for them?
I would sincerely appreciate it if someone would post it!

I’m having same problem! US Bank has been taking out $19.90 out of my checking account for many many years! I thought I was paying for insurance, but after reading all the complaints I’m assuming I’m not? I have no way of calling because they have no number posted! I’m so 😡😡😡 and have no clue on what to do next?
I have been getting $21.95 taken from my account every month for a few years I have tried to cancel then payment since I found then insurance I thought I would get is a scam! I want this to stop!
I have been getting the same line item withdrawn from my account for months now. I see a charge of $19.14 taken out every month from my US Bank account for "Phone Authorized Nuf Pmt". I called their number [protected] and cancelled this service this morning. I will see if the charges continue despite my removal from the program.
