How long will it take for me to get my replacement device?

While we have already made progress in shipping replacement devices and have increased our production capacity, we anticipate the repair and replacement program in the US will take through the end of 2022 to complete for the majority of patients.

Why is my order number different from my confirmation number?

There are several steps we must take after an affected device is registered. The creation of an order number is an indication those steps have been taken.
