I purchased the free pills I got 15 and paid only 4.99 and I was under the impression that if I couldn't take them or they didn't work for me I could cancel at any time they have a number on the bottle of pills and it is suppose to be a 24 7 line but nobody never answers or returns your call if you don't cancel you are charged 149.95 that they take out of your credit card and even if you could cancel they will charge you 49.95. I read the terms and that wasn't in there no where I think it is a scam cause the emails I sent come back every thing I have tried to do to cancel this is a dead end lucky for me I use a green dot card I can close it out at any time and buy a new one and that is what I am doing but still this place shouldn't be aloud to take advantage of people this way and I am doing everything. I can not stop them. I have sent emails to all my family and friends that warn them of this company and they will pass it on to there friends and family the internet is a powerful tool if this company can use it to make money like this I can use it to warn people about them.

This place is a TOTAL RIPOFF AND SCAM ! $150.00 for a free sample. Had to cancel my debit card to avoid further charges. There is no way to get customer support. There is no contact information. Tried to get BBB but there is no record of this company, there is no address, these people are the worst form of ###, may they die a long and painful death!

I contested the credit card charges they sent me to collections and charged me $67 to cover their $25 for a "supposed" credit card defense fee and then collections company charges. These guys suck!

I too purchased the free pills Phenterthin offers, got 15 and paid only 4.99 and I was thought that I could cancel at any time. They have a 24 hour phone number but nobody ever answers or returns your call. If you don't cancel within 15 days (and by the time you get them, your 15 days are almost up) you are charged 149.95, that they take out of your credit card. Even if you do could cancel, they will charge you 49.95. I have tried canceling them online at least 8 times (they say they are an "online" company and that's the only way you can contact them). To no avail - they have not canceled me. I've had to cancel my credit card - and then since they couldn't bill that they sent me to collections! I cannot stop them.

I have my own complaint about this rip off company. No where on their ad does it mention you have to cancel or you will be shipped another amount of pills. I filed a complaint with my credit card co., to refund my money, but to no avail, the phenterthin people sent a bunch of paper with information that was not available to me when I ordered. There is no way to contact these people to tell them not to send me any more pills, I don't want them, can't take them, but don't know how to get through to these thieves.

Beware!

I have ordered a bottle of this product, they ran it on my credit card, however, I have not even gotten it in the mail. You cannot get a hold of this Company to complain, I have no idea where my diet pills are. I am so glad I am notthe only one that is having problems with this Company. Does anyone know a phone number or an address or anything If so, please let me know. Thank you.

I ordered product for a free trial basis but received no address where to return if didn't want product. Then 3 weeks later received 2 more orders and was billed $149 twice. When looking to return and refund product, given web site could not be accessed. What do I do now?

Oh, my god!
Is anyone doing anything about this scam?
I too just found out this morning I was charged $149 on my atm card and made an overdraft, but my bank will investigate and possibly return that charge next week.
I want to know if anyone contacted the attorney general in various states or the US attorney general?
Has anyone had their accounts credited after your banks investigated?
Please email me at dawnholley@yahoo.com if anyone has any other information and what your results were regarding getting your money back

I already posted my experience at this site, but never saw it come up.
Anyway yes, I was totally scammed by them and will have the charge taken off my atm account and be credited I hope.
Has anyone contacted the attorney general...this company is still online.

This SCAM is just that... a SCAM! I am going thru everything that everyone just said in all these postings. They charged me $149.95 on 27 Sep. I could not submit "tickets" until after they charged me, then to no avail. I finally spoke with some clueless person named Reggie who is supposed to be the Dispute Manager, but he just rattled off some prescripted bull. He said Brian at the Corporate Hqs is in charge, but would not give me a number. I filed a complaint today on the Better Business Bureau website and saw that over the last 3 yrs, 552 people have filed complaints! Call Reggie at [protected] and inundate him with demands to correct this unorthodox practice. I called him 5 times today and will continue to do so everyday. I also submitted 7 "tickets" today and will continue to do so.

I was not informed there would be a $49.95 fee to unsubscribe, they automatically sent me 2 bottles charging me $149.95, these bottles nor the sample bottle contain any return address or any paper about the product. When calling the 800 # on the bottle it refers you to a web sight which i have yet gotten to work. I am disabled and on a fixed income (which at the present time has $17.00 to carry me through the month). I can not afford to stay on their merry-go-round!

I actually canceled my account within the fifteen days and was still charged the full 149.95 to my account. They are saying I never gave them an option out of their 3, so they had to pick one! How stupid can you be to not understand cancel means "DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT" at least not to charge my account the most expensive amount! This company is only operated online so unfortunately I was unable to give them a piece of my mind, but I am going to hound them on their website for their stupid submit a ticket protocol. I do not plan to stop. Some how this company needs to be shut down, so other people wont get ripped off. If you have ordered anything from them and want to stop them from charging your account the full 149.95, go to this website http://www.nexgenlabsusa.com/support_site/index.php. Make an account and submit a ticket to cancel AP Program, in your notes put - cancel account Option 1. Thats what they are saying I didn't do.

I have medical problems that preclude me taking this product . I have heart problems and thyroid problems for which I take medication. I have other problems but my medication takes care of it. Please give me an address where I can return the product If my credit card has been charged, please credit the charge or send me a refund check. You have my mailing address. Thank you in advance for honoring my request. Sincerely

I had not authorized this company to debt my account for 149.00 and I received the product in the mail with out my knowledge. I had sent a message to this company to see how to send the product back. The package that was received had no return address on it for return or refund on my account. I never received a return message.

Beware!

Mine is the same story as all of the rest, regarding the free sample. I just phoned my credit card rep and the $149.95 on my card is being disputed. I rec'd. the two bottles before even a week went by after ordering the free sample... so I am going to dispute the $49.00 charge as well. Good luck to all of us. I'm livid! Oh... and watch out for the Hydroderm free sample for just 3.95 shipping. Same thing.

I got suckered too! Ordered on 9/28/2007, received on 10/6/2007, boyfriend signed for them because I was in the middle of a physical therapy session for a hip replacement gone bad and couldn't answer the door. $149 charged to my account on 10/18/2007. I consider it a lesson for me on not to do this s**t online without checking it out first. As a result, I will be unable to get my real RXs that my plan makes me buy online 3 mos. at a time. Also won't be able to pay a couple of bills. Very expensive lesson, one I won't soon forget. If somebody does a class action, I would like to be included. Right now I have no energy to fight these people. I am going through a painful recovery from a hip surgery gone terribly wrong back in March. I too have tried the ticket deal and gotten nowhere. I have to pick my battles and this is one I don't think I can win. I really just want to be able to walk again. I hope these guys gets theirs. I am a strong believer in Karma. What comes around, goes around. And harmful practices come back tenfold. I just get pissed at myself for still being so naive. I should know better. Good luck to all who have been similarly screwed. Here's a laugh... I haven't yet gotten my second shipment. I wait with baited breath.

These business practices infuriate me. That company is out of Oklahoma. I tried e-mailing the Attorney General there, but the website isn't working enough to do that. I think everyone, including me, should be filing complaints against that company. By the way, I found it through the GrabbitRabbit site. I told them I wasn't going to purchase anything through them again. I think if everyone takes this stand, maybe this company could be fined by the attorney general and have at least a fraction of their business lost? What do you think?

I really wished I would have seen these complaints before I stupidly bought into the free trial offer. I just received the supposed "free trial pills" yesterday. I have already submitted a cancellation request and will cancel my card as well before they have the chance to charge anything. I'm so grateful for all the complaints I have read even though it came too late.

This company gives no one a break... even if you cannot reach them within the 15 day period. I went to www.bbbonline.com and put a complaint in about NexGenLabsusa. Anyone who has been scammed by this company should do the same - It 's an easy online form... doesn't take long... who knows, maybe if enough do this...we can get some results, or least stop this company from scamming others.

OK - after a lot of looking, I found some info about this company with the Better Business Bureau of Oklahoma. Unfortunately I still don't have a name for the owner of the company - figures, huh? The person in charge there is BRIAN. He's listed as the "supervisor". You can reach him at [protected] and/or the company at [protected]. This second phone will get the company's order line. Just call that and ask to speak with a supervisor. Give the operator a LOT of trouble if she tells you to send an email. And the email given is brandywiyninger@hotmail.com.

Their website is www.usaveonpills.com Address listed is 1025 SW 59th st. Oklahoma City, OK 73109. This company also is listed DBA PE labs, C&F Fulfillment Center, Hoodia Fusion, and Diet Pills USA. Do your worst. They deserve it.

Phenterthin is a joke! I tried the 800 number on the bottle to cancel but never was able to talk to anyone. The number that appeared on the credit card billing gave me the wrong internet site. They claim they are charging me $149.95 & $49.95 to cancel. I've made my credit card company aware of the scam and currently looking into the Better Business Bureau in OKC, OK. We've got to stop the charges and this scam!

I can say I agree with every last one of you...even the guy who decided to lecture and call the rest of us ###s for not researching. No need to explain, I'm going through the same crap. Here's a bit of a twist though. I cancelled thru submitting an open ticket as required, which was responded to with a very generic copy/paste of the cancellation terms. Of course, this totally pissed me off, and I got a little loud in words. Big mistake, next time I logged in, there was no trace of my second request for cancel. Now, even worse, I cannot even login with the same user name/pswd. It states it's invalid. So now, I cannot cancel they only way they will let you. I'm doing what I can to get this f-ing crap resolved. These people are going to burn in hell.

I'd rather keep my shape as is after hearing all these stories. Sure glad I checked into the comments before ordering this falsely advertised product. I'm always skeptical of any thing working this fast. Like Cher once said,"If the perfect body came in a bottle, every one would buy a one."..?

I'll just try some discipline, and light exercise.

Beware, once you accept their free offer for $4.95, it is virtually impossible to cancel before the 15 day period. No one is available to discuss, answer the phone or return an email. Once you get the pills, you will read where it is not intended for people with high blood pressure or heart issues. No where does it say that before you click the accept offer.

I have canceled but I am waiting to see if this goes through. In the meantime, I simply canceled my credit card on file.

I had sent for a trial of Phenterthin and a month later my husband' s credit card was billed $149 without his consent. My husband nor I can take these pills for health reasons. I have had the run around from the company.
We cannot afford this pill and cannot take this pill due to health issues from this pill. All we would like is our $149 returned and no further charges. L Morgan PA

OK here i'm another person who just got ripped off with this scams. Like the links on website oh! just paid $4.99 for shipping for free diet pills so, thought what a heck let's try. The pills came and I took it only 2 pills it make me so sick of my stomach, dizzy as hell! feeling like a strong pain killer likes CODINE. So, I went back to the email recipt I got send the letter to their website build a case like it said. NEVER got any respond back, phone calls will not get to anyone just a big bull ### loops. The here it came 2 more bigger bottles with $149.95 charged on my credit card which I tried to contact them in time like it said to cancel. So, here are pills that I can't take, bills. So, I filed dispute to my credit cards. Noway! I will pay that. I will get them name to BBB. Perhap FBI can investigate this scams.

I fell for an advertisement about phenterthin and ordered the free trial for $4.95. When i recieved the product I decided to check it online, I found it was a scam, they go ahead and charge your cc for 149.95 without authorization. I returned the product and emailed them several times telling them not to charge my account but they did anyway. If you go on the site and check the information box it pops up a little box for a few seconds that explains their rules. I do not want their product and sent it back, I do not want them to charge my account and want the charge removed.
