We purchased a dog and it included a Pet Max policy covering issues that the dog might incur during the first year. We have sent 4 claims to the Pet Max Health Protection company and have hear nothing back from them. We have also called 7 times leaving voice messages and sent 2 emails still nothing. I even called the Pet Store and had them follow up on this.
To date we have turned in 4 claims and received nothing. THIS IS A BIG RIP OFF for the money.

We are experiencing a similiar issue with Pet Max Health Protection . We took them to small claims court here in Ma. and won a judgement against them in Jul 2012. Because they are "based" in New Jersey, we cannot collect our judgement unless we refile in New Jersey. We have tracked them to a now not used PO Box.in Marlton, N.Jersey (Seems they moved). Would appreciate ANY help or advise anyone can provide.Thanks. bunnyperry@comcast.net
