BEWARE! This company does not value the safety of their tenants. I moved into a duplex on Kauffman Avenue. The neighbors were secretly housing a rottweiler - against the explicit rules of the property - which began terrorizing my cat and barking constantly. I informed Julie Brown of the issue, who shrugged it off and told me that PPM would not take any action. So I confronted the neighbor Bill Lee about the issue, and it turns out he was an institutionalized psychopath. He began to wait outside in our shared driveway in his underwear at 2am so that he could threaten to kill me when I arrived home. Then his garbage family began to scream at me through our shared wall night after night. The coup de gras was when Bill taped a human target to my garage with a bullet hole in the head and a death threat written across it. Vancouver Police responded FOUR times to the house (Bill would run inside and refuse to answer the door). The judge then granted me a restraining order against Bill, even wondering allowed if the city should confiscate his weapons due to his bizarre and violent behavior. All told, Bill threatened to kill me over a dozen times.

Julie's response? "We are not going to evict him because it's just too expensive".

The icing on the cake is that they charged me a $1300 "lease breaking fee" when I moved to save my life.

Julie Brown and PPM are everything that is wrong with landlords. I provided them police reports, videos of felony death threats, and the restraining order. Instead of helping, they charged me more money.

Shame on you all.

Shame on you, Julie. Please beware of this company.

Desired outcome: Revocation of "breaking lease" fee
