Hello Sir/Mam,
I bought a packet of alpenliebe caramel toffee and was really upset with the quality of the toffees there must be around over 40% toffees which were half of their actual size and also there were many empty wrappers as well as puffed toffees.
I am a regular buyer of Alpenliebe but this experience was really a bad one and I really hope that it will be first and last for me because I don't want to discontinue with it.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have been eating Alpenliebe toffee since childhood, but I have never found any defective product. Today I bought some toffees of Alpenliebe "Gold", out of which one toffee was found to weigh about 1 gram. While your company has claimed that the weight of one toffee is 3.9 grams. I have also made a video while opening the pouch, some screenshots of which are attached with this report. Kindly pay more attention to this and this complaint should be resolved as soon as possible. Help me keep my all time favorite toffee on my favorite list.
I found pieces of plastic in alpanlibe gold caramel toffee. Please tell me how do I file complain about it.
