Pennymac Loan Services review: Never would of used if we knew!

We have sent PennyMac over $240,000 to be put on our recast we did with them on 11/21/25. Told it would take 6-8 weeks for the paperwork to be processed. We have yet to receive the Docu-sign paperwork for us to sign, We have been told 6 times that the paperwork will be emailed tomorrow, by even the supervisor. They have checked 3 times to make sure my email is correct and it is. It is not in our inbox/spam folder. We don't want to have to pay another $3000 mortgage because of paperwork they haven't sent us
